Dr. Sherif is a Board member of the International Association for Management of Technology (IAMOT).  IAMOT has recently formed an Industry Subcommittee whose task is to align real-world industry case studies with graduate and doctorate students in universities throughout the world.  Dr. Sherif and I sit on this subcommittee.  The subcommittee is still working to get this initiative launched at IAMOT's annual conference.

In the mean time, Dr. Sherif has alerted me to an opportunity: an engineering student from France who is available to work in Connecticut for 11 weeks.  Many of you may be familiar with the success of the Danish students from Aalborg University who have worked with several METAL member companies.

Please pass this opportunity along to your membership.  Interested manufacturers should respond directly to Dr. Sherif.   hsherif@comcast.net

Thank you,

Ken Bryant
