The Cluster is dedicated to helping manufacturers find resources and funding to assist in up-grading your most important assets… your employees!
The Cluster continues to work with numerous business associations, workforce investment boards, colleges/universities, training vendors, non-profit organizations and manufacturers to provide guidance and resources to incumbent workers, as well as, identify innovative programs that address “pipeline” issues that affect the industry’s ability to train, retain, grow and enhance their businesses in Connecticut.
